All-Inclusive Membership
Unlimited Classes
We offer classes 7 days a week. Your membership grants you access to sign up for an unlimited amount of classes, as well as access to open-gym hours.
Flexibility
We aren't trying to suck you into a contract. Month-to-month and single-month options with no sign-up or cancellation fees. Your membership price will never increase as long as you're a member.
OPEN-Gym Hours
Open-gym hours are for members only. We cap them at 5 people per hour (sometimes space is shared with another trainer).
Amenities
Free snacks, gender-neutral restroom with a shower, and free 2 hour on-street parking.
Community
We have a community of shared goals and values. We're all here to feel good in our bodies in a welcoming and supportive environment. We're tight-knit, not cliquey, and we'd love to have you come hang out with us! We offer member-appreciation nights and soon a Facebook group for members as ways to build community.

Personalized Attention
We'll get to know you, your goals, and be able to offer a more individualized plan and better track your progress. Our classes max out at 8, so you get the benefit of personalized attention while training alongside other members.
Accountability
The accountability of a group structure can be extremely helpful in fitness. Come meet your accountability-buddy and hold each other to your goals.
