Low-Key Lifting

If you're looking for a slower paced, lower intensity vibe, or if you have any injuries, pain, or other issues that you'd like to focus on more in-depth, this class is for you.

We'll concentrate on full-body strength, mobility, flexibility, and basic foundational movements.

A Bit Intense

Our strength and conditioning class, designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels.

 

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this class is crafted to empower and challenge you at your own pace.

Powerlifting Club

Making the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift accessible to all, this class goes in-depth on powerlifting techniques to support you to move heavy weights safely and efficiently. 

 

Each class will have a technique focus and is designed to make you a confident lifter over time.

 

You’ll get very comfortable with barbells and learn about programming for size and strength.

 

This class is best for people with some barbell training experience, but brand new beginners are welcome.

Build

Muscle-building class designed for trans-masculine, nonbinary individuals, and anybody interested in further developing a masculine physique.

 

Workouts will primarily focus on building definition in the upper-body, legs, and abs.

A small-group meetup for trans-masc and nonbinary individuals will follow class. We'll have a focused discussion with a weekly topic to chat about common issues, feelings, and help further develop our sense of community.

Stretch and Chill

Take a moment to release tension and increase flexibility during a short, relaxed stretch sesh.

 

Sessions are set after a couple of our lifting classes, but feel free to do it as a standalone if you just want to have a second to decompress from your day.
