Lift, Laugh, Love
Designed to help build full body strength and muscle endurance using a variety of weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements.
Easily adaptable to all fitness levels and abilities.
Learn about weightlifting, strength training, barbells, traditional gym equipment, and general badassery.
beginner powerlifting
Making the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift accessible to all, this class goes in-depth on powerlifting techniques to support you to move heavy weights safely and efficiently.
Each class will have a technique focus and is designed to make you a confident lifter over time.
You’ll get very comfortable with barbells and learn about programming for size and strength.
Brand new beginners are welcome.

The brunch Crunch
Using a variety of weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, this class is easily adaptable to all fitness levels and abilities.
This is a full body workout class for the not-so-early risers who deserve a great workout regardless!
Build
Muscle-building class designed for trans-masculine, nonbinary individuals, and anybody interested in further developing a masculine physique.
Workouts will primarily focus on building definition in the upper-body, legs, and abs.
A small-group meetup for trans-masc and nonbinary individuals will follow class. We'll have a focused discussion with a weekly topic to chat about common issues, feelings, and help further develop our sense of community.
