Restorative slow-flow yoga

This 1 hour class will explore themes of duality through flows. This slow-flow class is designed for all levels and abilities. All movements are accessible.

Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one, you may use one of our exercise mats. Please remove shoes when entering the gym for this class.

 

Sundays 7:30 & 9:00 am

This 1 hour class will focus on lifting, cardio, and functional movement. All movements are able to be modified. Instructors will target different muscle groups throughout the week.

This class for all levels and abilities.

Functional Fitness

Take advantage of 31 available open gym hours each week. Follow a workout designed by one of our trainers or your own. 

The space may be shared with another trainer, and up to four other Chin-Up members, or you may have the space all to yourself!

 

Monday - Thursday, 9am - 4pm

Fridays 9am - 12pm

Increase general physical preparedness for life!

Blending strength, power, and conditioning, 1 hour this medium intensity class includes moves such as classic barbell exercises and plyometrics. Use fun gym toys like balls, sandbags, and sleds!

This class is for all levels & abilities.

This 45 minute class is designed to get you mobile and flexible! Perfect to add to your workout routine or as a your movement for the week!

Build

This 1 hour class is designed for trans-masculine, nonbinary, and any person interested in further developing a masculine physique.

Workouts will primarily focus on building definition in the upper-body, legs, and abs.

beginner Barbells

Making the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift accessible to all, this 1 hour class goes in-depth on powerlifting techniques to support you to move heavy weights safely and efficiently.

You’ll get very comfortable with barbells and learn about programming for size and strength.

This class is best for people with some barbell training experience, but brand new beginners are welcome.
