Ginger Stevens

Ginger’s love for fitness started when she began dancing and playing sports as a kid. After graduating from college, she found a big gap in her life without organized sports and dance. That’s when she found CrossFit, and this is where her passion for fitness began to grow.

 

Ginger is now a Certified Personal Trainer, Health & Life Coach, Meditation Teacher and once again a Dancer! She finds great fulfillment in empowering her clients through strength training and witnessing their growth. Fitness has transformed Ginger's life, granting her purpose, joy and most importantly courage. She thrives on teaching in a non-competitive, ego-free setting, where friendships and fun flourish.

 

Ginger is dedicated to creating a space where her client’s learn to lift well, gain strength and use that strength to find the courage to build the life they really want!
