Jay Movement Coaching

My coaching is dedicated to helping you cultivate more joy & power through movement and mindset coaching. My coaching is influenced by my lived experience as a queer working class person, my work as an elementary school teacher and community organizer, evolving social justice community practices, and client feedback.
